This morning, Saturday, November 18, 2023, the master’s thesis presented by the researcher Tariq Abdel Aziz Hamid Mujawar, entitled “The Effect of Participatory Leadership in Crisis Management: A Field Study on the General Management of the Yemen Oil Company” , was discussed in a session held at the College of Social and Human Sciences at the University of Aden. .
