• Those who wish to participate in this offer must send their written requests during official working hours to the following address: General Organization for School Printing Offices – Executive General Administration / Aden – Khormaksar – Aden Hotel Tour – Bahda Building – Third Floor – Apartment No 12, and receive the tender documents against Amount of (50,000) Riyals will not be refunded.

• The last date for selling the document is Wednesday, 29/11/2023.

• The original and a copy of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax. Any envelope not sealed with red wax will be returned to its owners at the following address:

The General Organization for School Book Printing Presses – Executive General Administration / Aden – Khormaksar – Tender Committee Secretariat – Aden Hotel Tour – Bahda Building – Third Floor – Apartment No. 12, and attached are the following documents:

1. Unconditional bank guarantee as mentioned above, valid for a period of 60 days from the date of opening the envelopes or check accepted for payment.

2. Copy of valid tax card + copy of valid sales tax certificate.

3. Copy of the insurance card and valid Zakat card.

4. Document for payment of the tender fees, together with a copy of a valid certificate of professional practice.

• The last date for receiving bids and opening envelopes is (ten o’clock in the morning) Sunday, 12/5/2023. Bids submitted after this date will not be accepted and will be returned sealed.

• The envelopes will be opened at the headquarters of the Corporation in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official, signed and stamped authorization.

• Those who wish to participate in this offer can view the offer documents before purchasing them during official business hours for a period of (10) days from the date of publication of the first advertisement.

• All candidates must carry original cards and certificates for verification after opening the envelopes.
