The Preparatory Committee for the First National Coffee Exhibition in Aden held its first preparatory meeting, led by Sheikh Saber Al-Naqeeb, Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for National Coffee, and Councilor Khaled Al-Hosni, Executive Director of the Yafaa Development Foundation, the main partner of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Fisheries.

Al-Hosni welcomed the members of the committee, thanking them for their presence and interest, which comes in the context of solidarity to the success of the exhibition, which is the first in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Fisheries in accordance with the previously signed partnership agreement, which received the blessing and approval of His Excellency the Minister, Major General Abdullah Al-Soqatri, and which aims to promote national coffee and market it locally. Internationally, and strengthen cooperation between relevant parties in this field.

The secretariat of the committee reviewed the agenda of the meeting, which included the importance of starting coordination and communication with the participants in the exhibition, including the targeted farmers and organizing and coordinating committees, and launching the promotion, marketing and media work accompanying the exhibition . from the preparation period to the conclusion, and start the technical preparations for the exhibition and determine the necessary spaces for the participating corners, institutions and associations.

The meeting was enriched by dialogue and constructive discussion by the attendees about what was on the agenda, each according to their specialization, setting the working mechanism, necessary perceptions and needs, and the importance of the interior designs of the sections compatible with the visual. identity of the exhibition.

The meeting ended with a review of the media and advertising plan that will accompany the exhibition from the preparation period to its holding through digital platforms and social media and cooperation with various government and private media.
