The Office of the Ministry of Education in the Hadhramaut Coast has finished the training course program for trainers of reading approaches to teachers for grades (1-3) at the level of the Mukalla Municipal Board, which was organized under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Education, s Mr. Tariq Salem Al-Akbari, the Governor of Hadhramaut, and the implementation of the Ministry’s office in the governorate in collaboration with the Children’s Welfare Organization within the Restoration Project. Teaching and learning funded by the World Bank and the Global Partnership for Education.
At the end of the program in the hall of Al-Zahraa Educational Complex for Girls, Mr. Hassan Saeed Al-Shanini, Director of the Department of Training and Qualification at the Office of the Ministry in the Governorate, conveyed the greetings of Mr. Amin Abdullah Baabad. , Director of the Ministry in the Coast, to the participants in the course; Emphasizing that the leadership of the Ministry’s office in the county wants to pay attention to developing the skills and abilities of teachers of both sexes in the classroom and how to deliver information to the student easily and smoothly, especially in the aspect of teaching reading, praising the interaction of the participants of the elite trainers at the coast, praising the efforts of the staff of the Child Care Organization in its continuous follow-up and evaluation. For the project programs, we ask the participants to apply everything they have learned. to reality to create a positive impact on the educational process system.
In turn, Ms. Ihab Jamil Al-Maliki, educational assistant of the organization, expressed her thanks and appreciation for the cooperation of the leadership of the Ministry’s office in the Sahel, represented by Mr. Amin Abdullah Baabad, director of the office, and his zeal to overcome the difficulties and ensure the success of the program.
Noting that the program enters the components of the Project on Teaching and Learning Restoration, which includes a package of specific programs in the areas of training and qualification for administrations and teachers, providing learning materials, developing alternative education (compensatory education) for students and students, and other interventions in infrastructure and improving the school environment.
