According to several Yemeni sources, during the past months, discussions and amendments were made to a road map for a solution in Yemen, mediated by Saudi Arabia and Oman, and recently a draft was reached, which includes three stages as follows:

▪️ Union of the Central Bank of Yemen. At this point, the Houthis insist that the headquarters of the Central Bank be in the capital, Sana’a, while the Southern Transitional Council categorically refuses to transfer the bank from Aden, while some parties in the legitimacy are not against transferring the bank to Sana’a ‘a under conditions.
▪️ As a result of the division in the idea of handing over the bank, several proposals were presented, including keeping the two banks in Sana’a and Aden, and establishing a common operating room in a neutral country operating under the supervision of the United Nations, and the mission of this room would be to manage the two banks in Sana’a and Aden.
The second phase:
▪️ This stage includes launching a comprehensive Yemeni political process under the supervision of the United Nations and with the participation of all parties.
▪️ With the start of the political process, foreign forces begin to withdraw from Yemen within a year.
▪️ The Yemeni parties discuss the status of the military and security forces, provided that the type, form and strength of the forces that each party can temporarily retain are determined.
third level:

▪️ Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman are mediators between the Yemeni parties, and they conduct some discussions in isolation from the Yemeni Presidential Council and the office of the UN envoy to Yemen.
